ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION To deactivate you Firetrail account please send your request to have account deactivated to our Customer Care group. Include the following information: Your name Address Phone number Account name (for example, trinity@firetrail.com) Account password (for verification purposes -remember, your Firetrail password is different from your dial-up password) A brief note that you would like your account deactivated. You may also deactivate you Firetrail account by mail, if you prefer. Just send your user information requested above to: Account Deactivation c/o Mac Oasis - FMG P. O.
